Registered in the Trade Register. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods through the Luxus Beton e-shop.
2. What We Sell
We primarily sell concrete knobs and other designer elements made of concrete.
Important Material Characteristics Concrete is a natural, handcrafted material. Each piece is an original and may feature:
Small pores
Color variations
Subtle structural differences
These characteristics are not product defects, but rather part of its natural character.
3. Conclusion of Contract
An order submitted through the e-shop constitutes a proposal to enter into a contract. The contract is formed upon our confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse an order (e.g., in the event of an incorrectly stated price).
4. Price and Payment
Prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made via:

Bank transfer
Cash on delivery
The order becomes binding upon submission.
5. Delivery of Goods

Shipping Methods Goods are sent via standard carriers (e.g., PPL, GLS, Balíkovna, Czech Post). Personal pickup is not available.
Delivery Time
Standard: 3–10 business days.
Due to the nature of handcrafted production, the period may be reasonably extended.
We will inform you of any potential delays.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage passes to the buyer upon taking possession of the shipment. We recommend inspecting the shipment upon receipt and addressing any damage immediately with the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal, but no earlier than upon receipt of the returned goods.
Important: Adjusting the screw length or choosing an impregnation finish does not limit the right to withdraw. The Seller may reduce the refunded amount if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
8. Warranty & Claims (Liability for Defects)
We are liable for ensuring the goods are free of defects upon receipt. Consumers may claim a defect within 24 months of receipt. Claims can be submitted via email to info@luxusbeton.cz. Claims will be processed within 30 days.
The warranty does not cover:
Natural characteristics of concrete
Standard wear and tear
Mechanical damage caused by improper installation
Use of unsuitable screws or over-tightening
9. Sales to Businesses (B2B)
If you are purchasing as a business entity:
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Liability for defects is governed by the Civil Code, excluding consumer protection provisions.
10. Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate "Privacy Policy" document.
11. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI): www.coi.cz. For online dispute resolution, the platform operated by the European Commission may be used.
12. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are effective as of: March 1, 2026 The Seller reserves the right to reasonably amend these terms.
