    How It Works

    Designer Handcrafted Production

    Luxus Beton products are created by hand in a small-scale manufactory. Each piece is an original. The production process includes mold preparation, hand-casting the concrete, material curing, and final surface finishing. Concrete is a natural material that may feature small pores or slight color variations. These characteristics are not defects, but rather hallmarks of handcrafted production.

    Product Selection & Ordering

    Choose a design element that complements your interior. For each product, you will find information regarding:

    • Dimensions

    • Installation methods

    • Surface finish

    If you require:

    • A different screw length

    • Surface impregnation

    • A special request Please specify your requirements in the order notes.

    Handcrafting & Mold Preparation

    Production begins once your order is received. The process involves preparing the production molds and rigorous quality control. Standard dispatch time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Should there be any extension to this timeframe, we will inform you via email.

    Shipping

    We ship goods via standard courier services, such as:

    • PPL

    • GLS

    • Balíkovna

    • Czech Post We deliver within the Czech Republic and to European Union member states. Personal pickup is not available.

    Payment

    Payment options:

    • Online by card via Shoptet Pay

    • Bank transfer

    • Cash on delivery

    Receiving Your Shipment

    Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please contact the carrier and simultaneously inform us at info@luxusbeton.cz.

    Returns

    If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal also applies to products made to order, such as those with custom surface finishes or specific screw lengths. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

    Warranty & Claims

    We are liable for defects present in the product upon delivery. Claims can be submitted via email to info@luxusbeton.cz. The deadline for settling a claim is 30 days. A claim may not be accepted, particularly in cases of:

    • Mechanical damage

    • Improper installation

    • Use of unsuitable fastening materials

    • Natural characteristics of handcrafted concrete that correspond to the nature of the material.
